The Echuca Motel takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking. To confirm a reservation, the Echuca Motel requires full payment for the total cost of the accommodation. Your credit card will be debited at the time of the booking. The Echuca Motel will not charge you any reservation fees or commission charges for making this booking. Cancellation - At least 48 hours notice before date of arrival. Otherwise, the Echuca Motel will charge the amount corresponding to the first nights accommodation on the credit card. A credit card fee of $5.00 will be deducted from any refund upon cancellation of a booking No show - In the event of a "non arrival", the Echuca Motel will charge the full amount corresponding to the booking on the credit card. Check In 2:00 pm onwards - unless by prior arrangement Check Out before 10:00 am - unless by prior arrangement Accepted credit cards Visa or Mastercard The Echuca Motel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. Advance bookings made for special events ( eg Southern 80 Ski Race) may require a minimum stay of more than one or two nights. The Echuca Motel will not absolutely guarantee all bookings made through electronic on line booking systems prior to checking the validity of the booking and verification of availability. Automatically generated confirmation from on line booking system should not be considered as an unconditional verification of your booking.The Echuca Motel will send an official confirmation via e-mail as soon as we process your booking, however we also recommend that you try to contact us directly, prior to your arrival to confirm your booking. |
