Payment and Cancellation Policy
Gosford Palms Motor Inn takes the privacy of your personal data
very seriously.
Data is encrypted and will only be used to process your booking.
Should you need to cancel your online booking:
Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in, which is taken from
12 midday prior to check-in, will incur the first night's accommodation
charge.
Cancellations outside 48 hours of check-in will incur a 20% cancellation
fee of the total booking.
In the event of a "NO SHOW" the full amount of the booking
is charged.
Check-In is from 12.30p.m. - 9.30p.m. - unless by prior arrangement
Check-Out is at 10.00a.m. - unless by prior arrangement.
We guarantee a room type, not a room number for online bookings.
All credit cards accepted (Diners & Amex incur a surcharge).
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest or invitee
of a guest and do not take responsibility for any loss, damage or
destruction to any personal property brought onto these premises.
Personal property shall include any personal effects, and motor
vehicles parked on the premises.
By accepting the Terms and Conditions I authorize my credit card
to be charged for any damages to the premises, incidental charges,
applicable smoking fees, pet fees and/or any charges relating to
my stay at the Gosford Palms Motor Inn.
